1.1 Age Restriction

ace77 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to open any type of account. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account on ace77. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempt to circumvent gameplay rules is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is detected, all related accounts will be closed.

1.3 Accurate Information

Players must provide their correct name, date of birth, and contact details when registering an account. ace77 reserves the right to verify accounts that were opened with false or misleading information before processing any withdrawal.

2.1 Account Security Responsibilities

Players must keep their own login details secure and must not share them with any third party. Any activity — including gameplay, deposits and withdrawals — that occurs under a player's login is the sole responsibility of that player.

2.2 Suspicious Activity Warning

If a player suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must contact the ace77 support team immediately. ace77 has the right to temporarily suspend the account and carry out an investigation.

2.3 Conditions for Account Closure

• Evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Use of unauthorised methods (bots, scripts, or abusive behaviour) is detected
• Suspicion of money laundering arises
• Multiple accounts belonging to a single person are identified

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Players must deposit only from a payment account registered in their own name
• ace77 reserves the right to reject deposits made by a third party
• Deposits are credited to the player account right away, so if there is any deposit issue, contact the support team immediately

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if the requested amount exceeds 5 times the total deposit amount and wagering requirements have not been met
• Players may only withdraw to a payment account registered in their own name

4.1 Welcome Bonus — 200% First Deposit Bonus

ace77 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, players must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Only after that wagering requirement is met can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw from that bonus, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.

Example 2 — Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 620,000 Ks. To withdraw from that bonus, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• The specific wagering requirements and validity period for each bonus must be checked in that bonus's terms
• Any deposit made before a bonus is applied is exempt from wagering requirements
• If you do not want a bonus, you must notify the support team before requesting it after your deposit
• ace77 reserves the right to void a bonus if a player is found to be claiming it in an unfair manner
• There may be restrictions on the game types and bet amounts eligible for bonus play — refer to the individual bonus promotion agreement for details

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

ace77's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Players move up tiers based on their play history and receive a weekly cashback reward —

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week

5.1 Fair Play

All games on ace77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that outcomes are unpredictable and occur at random. Fairness and integrity are audited on a regular basis.

5.2 Game Interruption

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, ace77 has the right to review the recorded activity within that game's session and decide whether a refund is applicable.

5.3 Prohibited Play

• Placing bets on both sides simultaneously while a bonus is active (hedging, arbitrage)
• Playing with automated software, bots or scripts
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a game
• Deliberately exploiting a technical bug to obtain an unfair win

6.1 Self-Limits

ace77 gives players the right to request self-limits on their gaming. You can request deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary / permanent account suspension through the support team.

6.2 Cooling-Off Period

If gaming is affecting your life, you can contact the ace77 support team to request a temporary account suspension. During that period, deposits and withdrawals will not be processed.

7.1 Personal Data Collection

ace77 uses the personal data provided by players only for account verification, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7.2 SSL Encryption

8.1 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, software, code, and services on the ace77 platform are the property of ace77. Players may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of it without ace77's prior permission.

8.2 Service Interruptions

ace77 may temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance at unforeseeable times. We will do our best to ensure players do not lose out during such periods, and ace77's liability for losses caused by external factors is limited.

8.3 Final Decisions on Gaming Matters

In the event of any dispute, ace77 will refer to server records and resolve the matter in discussion with the player. By accepting these terms, players agree that ace77's decisions are final.

9.1 Amendments to Terms

ace77 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9.2 Termination of Relationship

Players may close their account and terminate services at any time by notifying ace77 through the support team. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be paid out within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

9.3 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, players agree that the remaining parts continue to be valid and enforceable.
